As Vice President of Development + Construction at East End Capital, Sean led day-to-day efforts on this ground-up Glendale campus:
Managed and directed the full consultant and contractor team, implementing stakeholder requirements despite stringent project and site limitations
Interfaced with city officials across multiple divisions of government to move permitting forward
Developed strategies for resolving multilayered issues spanning governmental approvals, construction, and end-user operations
Managed budgets, forecasted scope and commitments to avoid cost overruns, and ran a rigorous buyout process with independent verification of contractor bids
Facilitated a first-of-its-kind solar power purchase agreement in the City of Glendale with a third-party solar developer, generating additional revenue for the project
Evaluated additional sites for soundstage and adaptive-reuse potential and supported capital improvements across other portfolio assets
