This project distinguishes itself from contemporary development projects in the market. Where most developer projects aim for neutral aesthetics to broaden the buyer pool, this home does the opposite. As the Owner’s Rep, Anomaly Development took a failing project and turned it around:
Audited vendor financials discovering unsubstantiated and inconsistent vendor charges
Lead entitlement charge where other vendors had failed to produce rapid and effective results
Redirected project trajectory to secure additional FAR for the project, control a ballooning budget, and select more qualified project team members to deliver a one-of-a-kind home in one of L.A.’s most charming neighborhoods
Managed the procurement and execution of select project trades and owner provided elements
Resolved persistent inspection issues by coordinating efforts with project team and effectively communicating solutions
Sourced and secured home staging services and photography/videography efforts
