About Us
Sean Lahijani
Sean Lahijani earned his Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where he built a strong foundation in design and problem-solving. During his academic career, he gained hands-on experience interning with several architectural firms, sharpening both his technical skills and his design sensibilities.
Shortly after graduation, Sean transitioned into real estate development as an Owner’s Representative, combining a designer’s eye with a deep respect for the practical realities of construction. This unique perspective allowed him to bridge the often-divided worlds of architecture and building, ensuring that projects not only looked exceptional on paper but also performed successfully in the field.
Over the past 12 years, Sean has honed his expertise across a diverse portfolio of projects, including high-end urban multifamily housing, big-box retail, industrial sound stages, and luxury single-family residences. His ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, align diverse project teams, and deliver projects that balance vision with feasibility has made him a trusted advisor to owners and developers alike.
Today, as founder of Anomaly Development Company, Sean brings together his architectural training, development experience, and client-first philosophy to advocate for owners throughout the design and construction process. His mission is simple: to protect his clients’ investments while delivering projects of lasting quality and value.
